Why is fitness important?

A recent picture of mine but still my overall health is still the same. Got back to the grind this week!

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

If a person stops thinking one or two words in a second or half second means he had stopped thinking for half second?

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

Is 2 months enough for optimum learning time in meta ads? I'm still not getting the sales at the rate I want?

Why don’t Jews regard Jesus as an important teacher or rabbi, if not the Messiah? Putting aside messianic claims, wouldn’t Jesus be one of the most significant Jewish teachers in human history?
